What happens after the 14-day trial?
You can choose to subscribe to any plan. If you don't subscribe, your account is paused but your data is preserved. You can reactivate anytime.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade instantly or schedule a downgrade at the end of your billing period. No lock-in contracts.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe (EUR, USD) and Mobile Money via CinetPay (XAF, XOF) including MTN, Orange Money, and Moov.
Is there a yearly discount?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly billing on all plans.
What counts as a “seat”?
An admin seat is a user with console access (owners, managers). A fieldworker seat is a mobile user who receives and completes jobs. Customers do not count as seats.
Can I add more fieldworkers than the plan limit?
On the Established plan, you can add additional fieldworkers beyond the included seats for an overage fee. On Unlimited, there are no limits.
